Returns Policy

Return Cost:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is broken or defective.

Broken or Defective Items:

• Broken or defective items are eligible for return within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. The Gifted will cover the return shipping cost for broken or defective items. The broken or defective product will either be replaced or a refund will be given.

Refund Process:

• For items returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed only after The Gifted receives the returned product in its original condition, free from defects or breakage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is returned safely and securely. .
