• The Gifted offers a flat rate shipping fee for all orders. The specific shipping fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of checkout.

Bulky Items:

• Orders containing bulky items may incur additional shipping charges. The Gifted will contact the customer after the order is placed to advise on the applicable delivery cost. The customer may also get in touch with us and enquire as to what the delivery fee may be, based on the products ordered and where they are being delivered to.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Please allow for processing and delivery time. The Gifted aims to dispatch orders promptly, and delivery times may vary based on the shipping address. Once a product dispatched, we will communicate to you the expected delivery date.

International Shipping:

• Currently, The Gifted only ships within South Africa.
